Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic drainage is a gentle, rhythmic treatment designed to support the body’s natural lymphatic system. Using light, precise movements, it encourages the flow of lymph fluid through the tissues and towards the lymph nodes, where waste products and excess fluid are processed and removed. This can help reduce puffiness, ease feelings of heaviness, and support the body’s natural detoxification and immune functions.
The treatment is deeply relaxing and is usually performed with slow, soothing strokes and very light pressure. Unlike a deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage works just beneath the surface of the skin, making it suitable for those looking for a calming, non-invasive therapy. People often choose lymphatic drainage to help with fluid retention, post-treatment swelling, or to promote an overall sense of wellbeing.
As with any treatment, lymphatic drainage may not be suitable for everyone. If you have a medical condition, are under specialist care, or are unsure whether this treatment is right for you, it is best to seek advice from your GP or healthcare professional before booking.
